High Efficiency Light Weight Wrappable HJT Solar Panel

High efficiency Hetro-junction Solar Cells (efficiency>24%) are laminated inside with excellent weak-light performance and superior Power Temprature co-efficient, which enable the solar panel to achieve 5%-10% more power.

Unique super power flexible connection technology ensures an excellent ability to resist cell cracks and impact force, even under extreme conditions, solar cells and the panel still generate as long as they are not destructively damaged

The Unique Design of 6-10 circuits in parallel connection ensures a semi-cylinder area always faced the sun to achieve stable voltage and high-efficiency power storage.

The solar panels are applicable for poles with diameters>168.3mm. Each flexible HJT solar panel is 1.33 meters long and its rated VMP is 17.7V or 34V. One or more lengths can be installed on a pole to make the fullest use of the pole’s lenght to achieve the highest power.

FFC/PET/FFC thin film (Transparency>90%) is laminated with good abilities to resist UV, low and high temperature, heat, humidity and salt spray. Vertical instalation can protect the solar panel from dusts, storms, sand and snows and reduce solar panel’s cleaning frequency.

A boost constant current charge controller integrated with an LED driver is a combination of two essential functions in one circuit. Let’s break down each part:

  1. Boost Constant Current Charge Controller: This component is responsible for managing the charging process of a battery or energy storage system. It takes the variable voltage from a power source (like a solar panel or another power supply) and boosts it to a higher level while maintaining a constant current flow during the charging process. This ensures that the battery is charged efficiently and safely.
  2. LED Driver: An LED driver is a device that regulates the current and voltage supplied to LEDs, ensuring they receive the appropriate electrical parameters for optimal performance and longevity. LED drivers are crucial for maintaining a consistent and stable current flow to the LEDs, preventing overcurrent or voltage spikes that could damage the LEDs. When you integrate a boost constant current charge controller with an LED driver, you essentially combine the functionalities of charging a battery and driving LEDs into one integrated circuit. This integration is commonly used in solar-powered LED lighting systems, where the solar panel charges the battery during the day through the boost constant current charge controller.
